Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits on instructions that Petitioner desires to withdraw the Petition with a request that all the contentions of the Petitioner are to be kept open for the Trial Court to consider while deciding the matter before it in CC No.314/SS/2016. It is further requested that if the Petitioner moves an application for exemption for appearing before the Trial Court, the same being considered on its own merits.

In the light of the above, this Petition is disposed of on instructions as withdrawn. All contentions of all the litigating sides are kept open.
