The prayer in the petition is for quashing of FIR in C.R. No. RC /PUNE/2021/A/04 against the petitioners by respondent-CBI for the offence punishable u/s. 120-B of IPC r/w. section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act.

Admittedly, the petitioners are charge-sheeted and there is no challenge to the same in the petition.

In view of above, prayer is made by learned counsel for the petitioners for withdrawal of the petition.

The petition as such stands disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to approach afresh thereby questioning akn 1/2
