Heard learned Counsel for the parties. Perused the application.

The learned Counsel for respondents states that delay is of 48 days and not 18 days. Even going by the delay of 48 days, the

Yadav VG 2 32.cac.156.16.odt. reason given of illness of the applicant is cogent enough to consider the grant of this application. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Place the Revision Application on board on 7 December 2016. All office objections to be removed before the next date. (N. M. Jamdar, J.)
