This Application is moved for relaxation of condition No. (ii) in order dated 21st April, 2016 passed in Bail Application No. 689 of 2016.

The learned counsel points out that by this condition, the applicant/accused is directed to attend the concerned police station on every Saturday between 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter on first Saturday of every month between 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for a period of 12 months from the date of filing of the charge sheet. He submitted that the applicant/accused is attending the police station since the date of the order. 1 / 2

Learned APP opposed the Application.

Perused the order. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel, condition No. (ii) in order dated 21st April, 2016 is hereby relaxed and it is to be read as follows:

"The applicant/accused shall attend the concerned police station on second Saturday of every month between 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for two months."

Criminal Application is allowed.
