Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused report dated 03.03.2022 sent by the Special Judge, Pune which shows that in all 10 witnesses have been examined and witness No.11 is under cross-examination and the matter is fixed on 15.03.2022 before the Special Judge. The report also indicates that there are total 14 witnesses proposed to be examined, the witness No.14 being the Investigating Officer.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal application is disposed of with liberty to the Applicant to renew the request for Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2
