The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that as far as prayers against the Customs Authorities, Nhava Sheva are concerned, the petition will have to be filed in this Court and in respect of prayers made against Respondent No.3 situated at Ghaziabad, a separate petition will be filed in the appropriate Court. The learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition in respect of reliefs against the Custom Authorities. Leave is accordingly granted.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
