This Misc. Civil Application has been moved with the prayer to transfer the proceedings of certain First Appeals pending before this Court at Nagpur Bench to Aurangabad Bench as per details given in Exhibit "B" appended to this application.

It has been stated by the learned counsel for the applicants that the First Appeals, in respect of which transfer has been sought in this application, pertain to the lands acquired for a project which partly falls within the jurisdiction of Nagpur Bench and partly within the jurisdiction of Aurangabad Bench. It has also been stated that various First Appeals arising out of same land acquisition proceedings are pending at Aurangabad Bench.

Mr. Tarde, learned counsel, representing the respondent nos.1 and 2, does not have any objection to the prayer made in this application.

Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid facts, this Misc. Civil Application is allowed and the First Appeals, details of which are mentioned in 4th Column of Exhibit "B", appended to this application, are transferred to Aurangabad Bench of this Court.
