Heard learned counsel for the Applicants.

By this Application, the Applicants seek the following prayers :- " (a) The Applicants be allowed to deposit monies amounting to Rs.

6,44,09,923.75/- (Rupees Six Crores Forty Four Lakhs Nine Thousand Nine Hundred

CAN 20-16.doc Twenty Three and Paise Seventy Five only) with the office of the Registrar;

(b) For costs of the present application;

and (c) For such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the respective Respondents have no objection, if the said Application is allowed and if the Applicants are permitted to deposit the amount in the Registry of this Court. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Applicants states that after making payment to the Income Tax Authorities as well as for opening an account with the HDFC Bank, the balance amount left with the Applicants as of today is, Rs. 6,13,10,097.64/-. 5.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to deposit Rs. 6,13,10,097.64/- in the Registry of this Court within two weeks from today. The Application is disposed of. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
