This Application is moved for relaxation of condition No. (ii) in order dated 11th April, 2016 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 645 of 2016.

The learned counsel points out that by this condition, the applicant/accused is directed to attend the concerned police station on every Saturday between 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. till the filing of the charge sheet. He submitted that the applicant/accused is attending the police station since the date of the order, however, yet the police have not filed charge sheet.

Learned APP opposed the Application.

Perused the order. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel, condition No. (ii) in order dated 11th April, 2016 is hereby modified and it is to be read as follows:
"The applicant/accused shall attend the concerned police station on second Saturday of every month between 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for two months or till the filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier."
