In view of the availability of alternate remedy for redressal of grievances raised by the Petitioner in the instant Petition, the Writ Petition need not be entertained. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that he would tender an Appeal to the Competent Authority by tomorrow and the same shall be accepted by the concerned Authority who shall pass orders as regards the deposit of amount in terms of Section 256 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code by tomorrow only. The Petitioner shall deposit the amount as directed by the Appellate Authority within three days from the date of order. The concerned Authority shall proceed to decide the Appeal in accordance with the provisions of law and after extending opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. 2.

In view of the order as above, no coercive action shall be taken 1/2
