The Applicants in this Civil Application claim to be the trustees of the 1st Respondent Trust and therefore persons interested within the meaning of Section 2(10)(e) of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950. They were apparently not joined as parties in the proceedings before the Trial Court. The Application is for leave to file a First Appeal challenging the orders of the learned Principal District Judge, Ratnagiri in Miscellaneous Application No.9 of 2013. The orders ought to be challenged are the subject matter of the principal First Appeal No.1778 of 2013. 28th June 2017
