This is an application for restoration of the Contempt Petition which was dismissed for non compliance of the order dated 27/7/2015 passed by this Court.

Pursuant to the filing of the Contempt Petition the matter has been settled between the parties before 'Lok Adalat' in terms of the consent terms signed on 12/12/2015. 1/2

It appears that this Court by an order dated 27/7/2015 directed the applicant to pay cost of Rs.1500/-. The same was kept under the caption "for dismissal" as no one appeared on 22/6/2015.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute that the matter has been settled. In fact in paragraph 6 of this application it is specifically stated that the applicant wants to withdraw the Contempt Petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if the order dated 27/7/2015 is recalled.

In this view of the matter, the order dated 27/7/2015 passed by this Court is recalled. The Contempt Petition is restored to file.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
