Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State. The Applicant was on bail during pendency of the trial. Considering the nature of the allegations and the evidence, in my view, the sentence of imprisonment has to be suspended. Hence, the Application is allowed by passing the following order:- i) The Applicant is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing pps

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Bandra, Mumbai. ii) The Applicant shall report to Mahim Police Station, on first Monday of every month.
