P.C.:- Ms. Bhende, the learned AGP has placed on record a Government Resolution dated 25 June 2015, referring to the academic years 2013-14 and 2014-15 whereby, the State of Maharashtra has taken a decision to grant fee reimbursement to the Institution, basically by deleting clause No. 14 from the earlier Government Resolution, which was the bone of contention in this Petition. The said Government Resolution dated 25 June 2015, is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

ssm 2 923-wp1755.15.sxw In view of above, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present Petition as the grievance is redressed by this Government Resolution. Therefore, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
