Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for State.

This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 22/11/2016. The applicant herein was directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two Talwalkar 1/2

930.appp101.17.sxw sureties in the like amount. Clause 8 of the order dated 22/11/2016 is modified and read as follows :

"8 In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Two consecutive absence of the applicant before the learned trial Court will entail it to take out proceedings for cancellation of bail. The applicant shall attend police station as and when called for. The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses." The application is disposed of accordingly.
