This is an application for modification of the order dated 22.1.2016 passed by this Court, by which the applicant was directed to be released on bail.

While releasing on bail, this Court has imposed condition that, the applicant shall furnish "one or two solvent local sureties" in the like amount. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant could not get local sureties and therefore the said condition may be relaxed and the applicant may be permitted to submit one or two solvent sureties from the cities of Mumbai, Thane or Nashik.

Dond 2/2 appp.94-2016.sxw In view of the same, the condition imposed upon the applicant in Clause (a) of the order dated 22.1.2016 is hereby modified and the applicant is hereby permitted to furnish one or two solvent sureties from the cities of Mumbai, Thane or Nashik.

The rest of the conditions in order dated 22.1.2016 are not disturbed.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. All the concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
