Learned APP is seeking time to verify facts. Papers with him show that in August 2020 the prisoner would complete about 18 years and 11 months in prison.

He is seeking order of his categorization in accordance with 14 years Rule.

We find that interest of justice can be met with by directing respondents to expedite the action and to take suitable decision within 4 months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

Accordingly, we partly allow the petition.

5.

Order be served upon the prisoner in jail.
