Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Respondent-CIDCO.

The document at page 32 indicates that the Petitioner has made an Application on 29th September 2022 to the Respondents for grant of lease of the land on which she has made a temporary construction but it appears that the Application has not been granted. The documents placed on record also show that the CIDCO is owner of the land in question, on which, the disputed structure stands. With such facts there being on record, the Petitioner would have no right in law to seek any relief against N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2
