Under trial prisoner in Sessions Case Nos.165/2013 and 676/2014 and another trial pertaining to Crime No.121/2016 seeks day-today trial. 2.

Learned APP submits that all offences are of grave and serious nature and case is pending before the Court of Pune. He also submits that at said Court (MCOC Court, Pune) number of such matters are pending. 3.

Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to approach that Court with his request, we dispose of the petition. 4.

Order be served upon the prisoner in jail.
