It is stated that the signatories of the Petitioner are duly authorised by virtue of resolution dated th January, 2018, copy of which is tendered and shall be kept along with the consent terms. In the circumstances, I pass the following order : (i) Rule is made absolute in terms of the consent terms, (ii) Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. (iii) No order as to costs.
