None present for the applicant when called out. The applications have been received from prison. The applicant has filed the appeal which is pending. The applicant has engaged an advocate to prosecute the appeal. The advocate - Shri A.M.Saraogi - is, however, absent.

Considering the prayers made in the applications, they can be disposed of by directing the criminal appeal itself to be listed for 'Final Hearing' on 6th August 2015. The Office to give an intimation, to the learned counsel for the applicant on record, of this date and request him to remain present before the court on that date. Stand over to 6th August 2015.

In the meantime, call for a report from the Superintendent of the concerned prison giving details as to the balance sentence of the applicant, which the applicant has to undergo.

In view of this, all the applications are disposed of. A copy of this order is send to the applicant in prison. The Prison Administration shall deliver the same to the applicant and report compliance to this court.

At this stage, Mr.Anand Mishra appears for the applicant and undertakes to inform Mr.A.M.Saraogi the directions of this court to remain present before the court on 6th August 2015, when the appeal is likely to be taken up for final hearing. In view of this, Office need not give any separate intimation to the counsel for the applicant.
