At the outset, Mr. Kharat, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant on instructions seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court after filing of the Charge-sheet.

Ms. Shinde, learned APP states that Charge-sheet will be filed within a short period of 25-30 days.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as aforesaid. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the Bail Application on merits.
