The Petitioners are the defendants in Regular Civil Suit 102 of 2008 in which they suffered an injunctive order qua the possession of the plaintiffs.

The defendants sought review/modification of the injunction order which was partly allowed. However, the defendants were restrained from obstructing the right of the plaintiffs to the bore well water. The status report is that Regular Civil Suit 102 of 2008 is finally decided vide judgment dated 14.10.2013, copy of which is placed on record by the Registry.

Nothing survives in the petition, which is disposed of as infructuous since the substantive suit from which the petition arises is finally decided.
