The consent letter to withdraw the said Appeal proceeding by Shri.Harish Sonawane - Manager for United India Insurance Co. Ltd., is duly signed by him. It is placed on record and the same is accepted.

Accordingly, the Appeal stands disposed of being withdrawn. 5.

The appropriate Court fee be refunded as per the Rules. 6.

The statutory amount deposited, be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal ["MACT"] - Mumbai, for disbursal to the Claimants. MACT - Mumbai to disburse the entire amount to the Claimants as per the original Award along with interest. 7.

The consent letter for withdrawal is marked as Article - A. 8.
