Ms. Dabholkar, learned counsel for the Petitioner, having taken instructions from the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to apply to Respondent No.1 for admission to the Course of Apprenticeship Training, under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, in the Trade of Electrician. Leave with liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 2.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

In the event the Petitioner makes such an application, Respondent No.1 shall consider the same in accordance with law, however, sympathetically.
