This is an application for bail filed through jail. The application was made to this Court on December 18, 2022. 2.

My attention is invited to the order dated October 13, 2022 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.3408/2021 preferred by the applicant. This Court had allowed learned counsel for the applicant to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file fresh application for bail after one year. 3.
