It has been brought to my notice that on 24/01/2019, a common order in respect of several connected first appeals from Sr.No.923 to 1495 was passed. It is stated that due to inadvertence, the First Appeal No.267/2012 which ought to have been at the Sr.No.1244 remained to be included in the said common order. Under the circumstances, the following order :- 2.

Printing is dispensed with. Appellant to supply requisite copies of the paper book in accordance with Rule 10(iii) of Chapter VII read with Rule I of Chapter IX of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960. However, if any party insists and/or the Roznama and interrogatories and their replies, if any, are necessary and will be 1/2

In all other cases inclusion of those documents are dispensed with. The paper-book as aforesaid be supplied within eight weeks, failing which appeal to stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Court. 3.

Appellant to remove other office objection(s), if any, within eight Preeti H.
