The learned A.G.P. states that Shri. Rajaram Mane, District Collector, Kolhapur and Shri. Shailesh S. Suryawanshi, D.R.O., Kolhapur are personally present in the Court. The learned A.G.P. tenders an affidavit of Shri. Rajaram Mane. District Collector, Kolhapur. A copy of the order dated 1st April, 2015 passed by the Additional District Collector, Kolhapur has been annexed to the said affidavit. In paragraph (7) of the said affidavit, the learned District Collector has recorded reasons for the delay. He has tendered unconditional apology for the delay. 1/2 CP-250-14.doc

After having perused the affidavit of Shri. Rajaram Mane, District Collector, Kolhapur, we find that this is not a case of willful or deliberate breach of the order passed by this Court, of which the breach is complained of. Hence, no case is made out for initiating action under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
