The above Application has been filed seeking amendment to the above Writ Petition, which has been filed for quashing of the FIR. The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 states that he has no objection if the above Application is allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondent No.2 as regards the contention of the Applicant.

The Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Applicant would be entitled to carry out amendment in the Writ Petition in terms of paragraph No.3 of the above Petition, so as to incorporate paragraph Nos.19(A) to 22(H) and the connected documents, which are also annexed to the Application.

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. The amended copy to be served on the Respondent No.2. The Respondent No.2 to file affidavit in reply to original as well as amended Petition as so advised, latest by 12/06/2018. 4.
