The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that Civil Appeal is pending from 2012 before the District Court, Kalyan. It pertains to the management and control of suit temple. His Application for temporary injunction in Appeal before the District Court was rejected. His Special Civil Suit No. 177 of 1999 is dismissed. The learned counsel submitted that the appellant is prosecuting this litigation since 1999 and hence prays that the order to expedite the Appeal before the District Court if passed, then he is not pressing this Appeal from Order.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the learned District Judge to endeavour to hear and decide the Appeal till 30th June, 2016.
