By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioners interalia seek the following reliefs :

"(a) Rule be issued;

(b)Record and proceedings be called from the office of the Respondent Nos.3 to 5;

(c)The Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/directions in the nature of Mandamus, thereby directions kindly be issued to the Respondent No.3 and 4 and Respondent Nos.3 and 4 kindly be directed to complete the process of acquisition within stipulated period and further Respondent No.4 kindly be directed to deposit amount of compensation with the office of Collector, Solapur which is required for the purpose of acquisition forthwith; (d)Alternatively, if the Hon'ble Court comes to the conclusion that authorities are enough negligent and not ready and willing to acquire the said property and if Hon'ble Court comes to the conclusion that authorities did not take any steps within the stipulated time contemplated in Section 127 of SSP 1/2

10 wp 7008 of 2021.doc the MRTP Act; then by way of appropriate writ or order; it be kindly declared that the reservation on the property bearing Gat No.1297/3/3 of Barshi lapsed;"

The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent No.4 states that after receipt of the purchase notice, several steps have been taken as required under Section 127 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. In view thereof, the Respondents are directed to complete the acquisition process within a period of 12 weeks from today. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. ( MILIND N. JADHAV, J.)
