This is an application for condonation of delay of 55 days in filing the Revision Application.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that after the disposal of his Appeal bearing No.977 of 2014 on 9.9.2015, the applicant No.2 has surrendered his bail bond and has been taken into custody on 13.1.2016. That the maximum sentence imposed upon the applicant by the Trial Court is of two months.

In view of the same and in the interest of justice, the delay caused in filing the Revision Application is hereby condoned. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
