Therefore, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The appellant is hereby permitted to carry out the amendment as per the annexures to the application to implead Collector Mumbai Suburban as respondent No. 12 in the title clause of the First Appeal bearing No. 1344 of 2017.

The appellant shall carry out the amendment within a period of two weeks from today. In view of aforesaid, the Civil Application stands disposed off.
