During the pendnecy of this petition, which was filed challenging the show cause notice, the respondents have terminated the petitioner's dealership. In the circumstances, petitioner has filed Civil Application bringing on record the order of termination of the dealership. The same is taken on record. 2.

Undoubtedly against the said order of termination, the petitioner has got alternate remedy of challenging the same before nilegaonkar 1/2

909-wp-1761.18.odt the appellate authority which according to the respondents is Executive Director (Retail Sale), Head Office at Bandra, Mumbai. In the circumstances, we allow the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order of termination of dealership before the appropriate authority. In case the petitioner files the appeal, the appellate authority shall decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 3.

With the aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of. 4.

Civil Application also stands disposed of.
