Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 597/2018 registered with Daund Police Station, Dist. Pune for offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 & 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Applicant is already charge-sheeted.

The case of the applicant is that of love affair and as such, claimed that he is falsely implicated.

Application as such fails, stands rejected.

If the charge is not framed within 9 months from today, liberty to apply afresh before the Court below.
