The prayer is made not to entertain the complaints of respondent nos. 7 and 8.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent nos. 7 and 8-organizations are making frivolous complaints and on the basis of the frivolous complaints, every time the clarification is sought from the petitioners.

We have heard the learned AGP.

If according to the petitioners, the enquiry is already conducted then the said enquiry report be shown to the authority concerned. The authority would certainly consider the same.

The petitioners may show the relevant Government Resolution to the authorities concerned about the action to be taken/not to be taken upon the complaints.

If any order adverse to the interest of the petitioners is passed by the authority, then the petitioners may assail the same in the appropriate proceedings.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
