Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that if the hearing of the appeal is expedited, he does not wish to press the prayer for bail. The appeal is of the year 2013. Looking to the fact that the paper-book is ready and looking to the fact that the applicant is in custody since the year 2007, the hearing of the appeal is expedited.
