We find that the petitioners have filed this petition challenging the show cause notice. It is not in dispute that the petitioners have submitted reply to the show cause notice and the respondents have given opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the petitioners have been heard and the orders on the said show cause notice are awaited.

In the circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere in the nilegaonkar 1/2

909-wp-3357.18.odt matter at this stage. As a result, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order, if adverse to the petitioners, in accordance with law. We have been informed that as on date, the petitioners are running petrol pump. While disposing of the petition, we observe that in case any adverse order is passed against the petitioners, for the period of two weeks, the respondents shall allow the petitioners to continue to run the petrol pump.

With the above observations, Writ Petition is disposed of. 4.

Civil Application also stands disposed of.
