DATED : 4th APRIL, 2022 P.C:- The present Appeal is filed, being aggrieved by an order passed by the City Civil Court, in a Notice of Motion, whereby the parties are directed to maintain status quo. The said order being passed on 21/12/2021 continue to operate till date. It is informed that the Notice of Motion is scheduled for hearing on 7/4/2022.

In the fitness of things, the City Civil Court shall proceed with the hearing of Notice of Motion no.100169/2022 Tilak

2/2 46 AO 165-22.doc and conclude the same at the earliest, subject to the co-operation of both the parties. The City Civil Court shall determine the Notice of Motion with an outer limit of 3 months from today. During the pendency of the said Notice of Motion, the order passed on 21/12/2021 shall continue to govern the status between the parties.

Appeal from Order is disposed off.

If the issue of jurisdiction is raised upon final determination of the Notice of Motion, the appellant shall be at liberty to approach this Court.

In view of the disposal of the AO, Interim Application No. 1088 of 2022 does not survive and is disposed off accordingly.
