On 13th February 2020, the applicant was admitted to interim protection and was directed to report to the Investigating Officer on the particular dates as mentioned in the order. The offence being registered by invoking Sections 447, 504, 506 II read with Section 34 of the IPC with Mumbra police station, District Thane, the learned APP Mr.Patil state that the investigation is now complete and custody of the applicant is not warranted. He do not deny that there was co-operation from the applicants in terms of the order of this Court. Tilak
