This is an application seeking stay to the execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 5th September 2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.322 of 2007.

Mr.Jinsiwale, learned Counsel for the Applicant, submits that 50% of the decretal amount, as directed by the impugned judgment and award dated 5th September 2012, has been deposited on 11th February 2014 and the stay application be accordingly disposed of. avk 1/2

Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the application and the record, let the stay granted earlier to continue till the final disposal of the Appeal.
