Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed by consent.

(i) The Hindu Marriage Petition No.297 of 2015 filed by the Respondent-husband against the Applicant-wife in the Court of Learned Civil Judge Senior Division at Sangamner, District : Ahmednagar is transferred to the Family Court at Pune.

(ii) The Civil Judge Senior Division at Sangamner, District : Ahmednagar is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No.297 of 2015 to the Family Court at Pune. (iii) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Pune on 14.08.2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain

(iv) The Family Court at Pune shall not grant any adjournment to the parties unless absolutely necessary.

(v) The parties shall not seek any adjournment unless absolutely necessary. (vi) The Learned Judge, Family Court at Pune shall endevour to dispose off the Hindu Marriage Petition No.297 of 2015 within a period of six months from 14th August, 2017.

(vii)All contentions of the parties are kept open. (viii)None of the allegations made in the Miscellaneous Civil Application are admitted by the Respondent.

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application No.237 of 2016 is accordingly disposed off.
