From the endorsements on the files and on the board, it is apparent that these petitions by the Petitioner in person were listed on several occasions. The Petitioner has been informed that he has to remain present and argue the matter, else this Court will pass appropriate order in accordance with law. From his communications addressed to the registry, it is clear that he is aware of the date of hearing, date on which the petitions were listed for admission; yet, he communicates in writing and presents some difficulty or the other. 2.

Once a party decides to argue the matter in person, then it is his bounden duty to appear and argue the matter when the matters are called out. He has to remain present and then seek accommodation, but by setting up a genuine cause.
