The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No. 0593 of 2020 registered with Vasai Road Railway Police Station, under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Ofocer, makes a statement that the Investigating Agency does not want custody of the present Applicant since the investigation is over and Tikam

In these circumstances, there is no impediment in allowing this application.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 0593 of 2020 registered with Vasai Road Railway Police Station, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(iii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called and shall cooperate with the Investigation Agency.

(iv) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
