The present petition has been fled by the petitioner, who is a Co-operative Society registered under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 - The Lokayukta to accord an opportunity of being heard, in case a complaint is fled against the petitioner.

In our view, the present petition is premature. There is no complaint fled with the Lokayukta much less the same has been placed on record. It is only the petitioner's apprehension that in Shraddha Talekar, PS 1/2

33-wp-3252-2023.doc case a complaint was to be fled, the offce of the Lokayukta would not grant an opportunity to the petitioner of being heard. 3.

In our opinion, no cause of action has accrued to the petitioner. The petition is totally misconceived and the same is accordingly dismissed.
