P.C.:- 1) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions of the relative of the applicant, who is personally present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No.117 of 2017 registered with MRA Marg Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated in Sessions Case No. 489 of 2017 does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
