The petition challenges the order dated 20th December 2018 vide which the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of petitioner was rejected. In the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondent No.4 - Suryakant Balwant Patil dated 5th March 2019, it has been stated that the respondent No.4 i.e. Head Master of the school has not submitted the relevant documents along with the proposal for appointment of petitioner. 2] In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.4

YBG 5-wp-2264-19 to submit all the relevant papers to respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from today. On such papers being received, the respondent No.1 shall take a decision with regard to grant of approval to the petitioner's appointment within four weeks. 3] Petition is disposed of accordingly.
