Rule.

The respective counsel have submitted that the establishment and the workmen have amicably settled the issues. They have drawn the "Consent Terms".

The Consent Terms are filed on record. They are taken on record and marked Article "X" for the purpose of identification. The respondents and the representative of the petitioners are present in the Court. The workmen are duly identified by the Lawyers and the Court Sheristedar.

3/3 The petitions, therefore deserve to be disposed of in view of the Consent Terms as the parties to the Consent Terms undertake to abide by the Consent Terms in letter and spirit. In view of the orders passed in the Writ Petition No. 4600 of 2004, the Writ Petition No.1571 of 2004 stands disposed of on the same terms.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition No.2897 of 2003, Civil Application No. 913 of 2006 does not survive, the same is accordingly disposed of.
