The petitioners herein are seeking quashing of the order dated 21st August 2019 passed by the Respondent No.3 and the order dated 3rd February 2020 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Pune. The petitioners were externed for a period of one year. In any case, the period of externment comes to an end on 21st August 2020. In view of this, petition does not deserve to be heard on merits. The petitioners shall undergo the period of externment. The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
