Public Prosecutor, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik to decide the parole application filed by the Petitioner on 15.11.2016 as expeditiously as possible and preferable within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2] It is expressly made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik shall decide the said application independently on its own merits and in accordance with law.
